By placing an order, You confirm that You have read, understood and accepted these following policy.
1. RETURNS and REFUNDS
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- We do not offer refund if you do not like our products, we only offer refund for defective items (applicable for requests within 48 hours from the date which order is delivered)
You have 15 days to return an item from the date you received it.To be eligible for a return, we require a couple of things:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Your item must be in the right original, unopened packaging
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase
You must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused and are in the original packaging. Once your return to our warehouse in US (11923 NE Sumner St, STE 862819, Portland, Oregon, 97250, United States.) or you provide us the following information:
- Your name, address, phone number
- Your order code at Weinflux (#3681.....-Weinflux)
- Tracking number or Shipping Label of "returned" package
We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment):
70% of total bill + Shipping cost to US. You will receive the credit usually within 5 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
2. RETURNS & EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, lost during shipping & delivery process or wrong measurements with our size chart.
We will ship you a replacement and you will return a defective one to us. Once we receive your returned package in US warehouse, we will check the quality of it and consider the shipping costs:
- If the item is truly defective, we will refund your shipping cost
- If the item is still working, we cannot refund your shipping cost (Shipping costs are nonrefundable)
- We do not accept exchange regards to the wrong type or color ordered because when you accept to pay, you have automatically accepted your chosen size.
3. ORDER CANCELLATION
If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Please be informed that a management, processing and transaction fee (30% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation. Full refund only applies to switching orders (within 12 hours). Once you place new orders, our system will automatically cancel old orders and refund 100%.
